Suncrest United Methodist Church is known for its warm, friendly people sharing in
 a common desire to find God’s purpose for our lives and celebrate God’s presence.

God is in the handshake of a friend as you’re greeted at the church door. God is in the eyes of the children as they gather for the Children's Message each Sunday morning.

God is in the spirit of our youth and college students as they travel in Appalachia or beyond each year to help families less fortunate than their own.

God is present in the music in which we share together in worship.

And God is even in the laughter and camaraderie of our fellowship time,
church events, and family gatherings.

A typical service will last about 50 minutes.
We sing a good mix of contemporary and traditional
 music that is led by our worship team.

There is childcare available and activities for all age groups.

Plan to hang around after the service for fellowship and meeting new people.
